Aircondition & Heating

Marbella can get really hot in summer and rarely cold in winter. But most of the time the climate is extremely comfortable. The house is equipped with aircondition for hot days in summer and heating for cold days in winter. Usually you will need none of them and contribute by that to the environmental care. Then you choose “OFF”.

All rooms can be chosen individually.

Please note that there is either heating or cooling.
