To be able to access the property you will be equipped with two sets of keys, a remote for the gate or garage and a set of remotes for the security system. Please note that though Marbella is a safe place there are burglers. We advise strongly always to use the alarm system and never to leave any doors open: in Villa Senses when you walk around in the garden or go to the pool. You can easily access the pools from the main door. In Villas Elements and Bohème whenever you are not in the ground floor or leave the properties. We also recommend to make sure the automatic gates are fully closed when you leave.
We recommend always to lock all main doors – also the one which leads to the basement or garage and of course close the door to the gate or garage as well.
Villa Senses: If you leave the property walking you will find an opening button on the right at the wall to open the main gate. Please close the gate after you to avoid unauthorised access.
You will find a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in the cloakroom (Senses) or in the kitchen (other Villas) on the ground floor.
